Give each reviewer the ability to redline and add comments in real time, highlight areas for change, add a post-it-note to a section or simply add a comment.

Add deadlines for the Reviewers and Coordinators and give the lead reviewer extra time to Coordinate all responses before completion and closure of the review. Once the review is completed all stakeholders will be notified of the outcome and instructions.
